What is one important thing I should do during my interview at DHL?

What does an average day at UPS look like?

as a seasonal driver helper, I received daily texts for my driver location, I usually helped deliver 150-200 packages a day and more. I took care of every package and made sure every package went directly to a spot the customer could easily grab it. I enjoyed this job very much.
On a typical day working as a package handler, you start by passing security to make sure the right person is here at work. You immediately walk to your station center, your supervisor then will tell you exactly where you need to go. you get 2, 15-minute breaks.
make sure to be on time every day ready and excited to work for long periods.

That depends what you are applying for. Hub loader is going to fill up a truck with outgoing packages of all sizes. Job is done when the load is all in the truck you've been assigned to. If you're applying for a sorter, then you'll be working on a conveyer belt terminal all by your lonesome, moving hundreds of packages non-stop for the entirety of your shift until the boxes stop coming. 9 out of 10 Boxline sorters we hired would quit within 2 weeks. Both these positions are incredibly physically demanding. I literally cried after my first 3 days there. It does get better and the body gets used to it. It's like getting paid to work out in a warehouse. No more, no less. If you get a driver position, that's not a bad gig. Better pay and typically will get closer to full time hours instead of 20-25/week. Only full time hub employees get full benefits and thats after 1 year.
