Talk to the supervisor

I communicated with my supervisor instead of witing last minute

Yes

Do my best

Definitely would let my superior know if I anticipated the deadline not being met. Work on finding the solution as soon as possible.

Be Accountable, and Honest the reason. Strive to do better immediately going forward by prioritizing my work behavior to complete all assignments before the end of the shift. Ask can I stay late, or come in early to completion of the assignment task in question.

Always had a deadline, worked till met

I have always done my best to meet my deadlines. If I miss my deadline I would appreciate the chance and the challenge. I would not let that happen again

I would go the extra mile and work as long as I had to to complete by the deadline. If I couldn't make it I would admit my failure and learn to never do the job the way I fell behind and find a better way to do it.
