Frito Lay Hiring Nationwide. They Hire Felons!
Frito-Lay is currently conducting a Facebook hiring event. There are many positions available including Fleet Technicians, CDL drivers, Maintenance Mechanics, Operators and Packers, warehouse positions such as Forklift Operator and Material Handlers and Sales to name a few.
The company does perform a background check during the hiring process, but having a felony on your record does not automatically disqualify you for employment. Be sure you can confidently speak about your experience, the lessons you learned and how you are applying those lessons moving forward.
