Frito-Lay is currently conducting a Facebook hiring event. There are many positions available including Fleet Technicians, CDL drivers, Maintenance Mechanics, Operators and Packers, warehouse positions such as Forklift Operator and Material Handlers and Sales to name a few.
The company does perform a background check during the hiring process, but having a felony on your record does not automatically disqualify you for employment. Be sure you can confidently speak about your experience, the lessons you learned and how you are applying those lessons moving forward. The hiring process at Frito Lay can be grueling and take a long time, as the company is known to have an intense interview phase with a lot of behavioral questions. You apply for a role at Frito Lay on the company's website or through a third-party job website. A recruiter will reach out if they feel you are qualified. My best recommendation? Google Frito-Lay online and research as much as you can about this iconic multi-billion dollar brand and "go knock on that door"!
