If You're looking for work, no background check, in Las Vegas NV WIS/RGIS. MY ex has a horrible record, was a felon at 18 & he was hired to work in construction field doing grocery store remodels @ $24.00 per hour. He is very skilled & had all his own tools as well. & no background check or drug test. As for WIS I just got hired on in a w4 position (not independent contractor) No background check no drug test $13.75 an hour.

There are facebook groups that specialize in passing along leads for companies who hire people in your situation. Don't give up, the jobs are out there - a lot of warehouse forklift positions hire people with past felonies.
Sometimes it depends on the felony - I'm not asking what it was, and in many cases, it can be hypocritical - but many companies decline hiring felons because of the liability and PR issues that can come up. For them, it's just high risk.
The first opportunity for a second chance you get - take it. It may be as a laborer, but building a reputation and people to vouch for you will do a lot. I know that also seems unfair and like you're trying to dig out a deeper hole than you may be in, but sometimes just one or two people that can recast your character despite what's on paper is going to be your golden ticket more often than not.
