I was shot at while delivering in my car for dominos pizza can i sue my employer?
i was shot at back in august 2020 and till this day they haven’t paid for my car damages which came out to 10k and i paid it all my self also the day it happened i was told to go home and sleep it off. They also tried to send me to therapy but every single time i went it was a different doctor and every single time i got asked what happen and it was no help. #advice #stressful #management
Was there anything in place if something like this occurred from Domino's stating they would help pay for shooting damages to you or property? You can sue the company but just understand that Domino's will claim no wrongdoing on their part, even though you took the risk of going out to deliver their pizza as part of the company. I personally would have asked Domino's if they have insurance to cover me if such an event happened. But I personally won't work for any food delivery just for that reason.
