There’s never been a better era to start a company than now. And contrary to popular mythology it is not relegated to an young persons game’. Check this out:
I've decided this was the best strategy for myself as well, applying what I've learned after decades of being the employee, to becoming the Boss of my destiny. I'm teaming up with 2 other guys who also have the entrepreneurial spirit and determination to make this work. But in the meantime I still have bills that need to be paid, so here I am, looking for a job I'm not over-qualified for.

Now is the time to boss up and get in line to change the way you've been playing the game.
Most of the companies you all are dying to work for, made decisions to start their business in challenging times and now they are million, billion and trillion dollar companies. If you can work for them, surely you got it for you.
With coaching, training and development...That is the key.
I have my dream job but helping someone else start their dream job, is what brings me the most joy. When someone controls how I feed myself, where I live and what I drive by how many hours I can work and income I can earn... there was no joy in that for me.
So I am tithing my commissions and helping single parents start a business at home. Will that be you?
