Plans Checker at Spc

The toughest part about landing a job right now is...

There are many things that make it tough, ...Landing a job right now. Covid-19 is one. I am going to be 70, is 2. Plus I currently am working for a specialty company full time w/ very good pay but I need to get out before the stress kills me. I am trying to plan for 2021. I would like to find a position with a company where I am working in a more flexible environment, helping people, whether inside and outside and with more mobility than sitting at a desktop all day everyday for 8 to 9 hours per day, adding up fractions of inches all day long. Right now have what most would call the ideal situation. But if one is miserable while earning a living, what's the point. Death? The "nut-house"? A stroke? Yeah that's the ticket. I just need a swift kick in the seat and told, "COUNT YOUR BLESSING MAN"! Just ride that job til the next layoff! Yes. Maybe. If my health holds out. Or til I blow a gasket and tell the boss to go fly a kite and then he sends me on my way. There's has just got to be something out there, in this huge city for an energetic older guy to do, that can't afford to retire. ...because he supported his loving wife through 12 years of terminal cancer and that left nothing left over for the savings account. Anyway, sometimes I talk too much.

Sincerely,

Ken B. #coronavirus #healthcare #foodservices

you could look into selling some assets and retiring overseas. I myself just spent 4 stress free years traveling in Asia. But this was something I already wanted to do (visited 13 countries). For my example purchasing a 3 bedroom condo with value 51000 usd with balcony and laundry room for local resident is around 4300 usd per year with insurances, facility fees, electric, local taxes. Cooking is with large gas bottles which are delivered and installed by supplier via motorbike. One bottle lasts for months. Initial bottle 30 usd and replacements 8 usd. can eat food court meals nearby for 2 to 3 usd. This is a growing trend

It's not easy to find a job if you're over 50, but not impossible. You might ask your employer to invest in a "standing/convertible desk" so you can sit/stand at your leisure. You also might consider going to work for yourself.
