Since 2020, I have had three jobs which two, I got laid off.
@Justice Mensah Dzokoto getting your CDL is your first step. @Alexander Montoya will be a great informational resource! He can tell you about training, endorsements and company perks and reputation. There are a lot of companies that need long haul drivers but there are companies that hire drivers for a lot of different roles. Researching the most highly desired driving roles and what those entail will help better prepare you in deciding which path best suits you and your lifestyle.
