Listening, being a team player

Communication skills, Time management skills, Interpersonal skills, Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and attention to detail

Documenting patient history and medical records, learning the EMR , interview patients, answers and scheduling appointments, Administration insurance coding.. depends on what assistant job you're trying to get.

A positive attitude is the most important thing in any job. Just a few things an assistant should do: follow directions, recognize problems, and bring them to the attention of their supervisor, be loyal to their supervisor, and not participate in office gossip. However, attitude is the most important.

The key to success is paying attention and lessening to what is ask of you and how well you carry out your assignments. Having a clear understanding of what my job is and the performance of my duties

The ability to ask questions! I cannot do my job properly if I’m unaware of the clear expectations. Organization is a big key component as well. Staying on top of all the tasks and not getting behind as that is the easiest way to fail at an assistant job.

Compassion. Simple

Staying organized, informed, & know your resources

The key is to be like her best friend around the clock.....
I have to say professionalism...
