If you live in an area that does not have a Fair Chance Initiative like those in San Francisco, CA or Philadelphia, PA, will those companies still honor that policy with potential remote employees even though they don’t live in one of those areas?
I have over 20 years of experience in Healthcare IT but cannot currently clear Florida’s clearinghouse for a level 2 background check due to felony drug convictions. Anyone who might have some insight would be greatly appreciated. #remote #workfromhome #jobsearch #fairchance

It is based out of what ever state you work from on policies when you work remote. As far as felonies I would recommend trying to get it expunged from your record.
