They usually treat you pretty well but I felt like the longer I worked there (and the older I got) the less they appreciated my loyalty and dependability.

Target company is great it’s the management that’s bad we’ll at least the store I work at we have gone through so many manager and every time a new manager starts he / she turns things upside down of all the changes

Most will treat you nice,especially when they see your a hard worker. As for the supervisors some are helpful and others use you as a means to an end.Its a good job but the mentality is this company is your life.Hope this makes sense.
