1) Go to work and don't allow yourself to get emotionally involved. 2) Drink a lot of coffee. 3) Get a job description from the start, and make sure your tasks are clear. 4) Make sure that your back is protected as not everyone there has your best interest at heart, even if they smile in your face. 5) Trust your instincts. 6) Write everything down. 7) Don't give and inch as they will take a mile. Don't give a mile when they are expecting an inch. 8) Do not perform a task that is not your own and do it well ,as you will become the rightful owner. 9) Remember that shining stars can only be seen at night; During the day shining stars are there,but are rarely noticed, 10) Go with the flow and mind your P's and Q's . If you can't the answer, I suggest you ask,"Y". The rest of the alphabet is pretty quiet,
