The nurses and cmt will lie on you! I have been in nursing 22yr! My residents praised me for the care i gave but I was lied on several times! Finally without incident I was terminated due to these lies. No 1 would ever say I didn't do a great job, i literally went above and beyond. But because i didn't sit around and gossip i was considered stuck up! I don't work to make friends I went to provide for my family and care for the residents as if they were my family. Admin don't appreciate ppl like myself!
