Gave me ONE star because I had no hand sanitizer!!
I am a Lyft driver have always gotten 5 stars and now this lady comes along and asks where my hand sanitizer is. I tell her I am sorry I just had run out. My passengers have been using it like CRAZY because of the virus. So she gets real pissy about it and tells me I am not getting a tip and leaves me one star. Real nice.

Andrew, it wouldn't do for me to be a LYFT driver, because I would be letting her know, woman, you know, you can walk. See, the problem w/some people in today's society is there are the highest expectations. And, when 1 particular matter is not up to par, some people just have to be what they really are. UNGRATEFUL. So, they lowball a person. That is so classless. No point to it at all. Case dismissed.
