Yes it happened to me. I set my clock every morning at 7 to start calling them I would be on hold for 20 minutes then the voicemail would tell me to leave a message! I would hang up and call right back I did this for like 2 hours! Finally I talk to someone and they had to fix a problem on their end. When I did receive my payment they paid me for the weeks I missed. All I can say is patience!!!

What I've found while trying to help some friends and ex coworkers . If it says to reopen your case is this is a glich. Once it ask for identity proof you must upload documents as well as scan your face. Now they have been waiting for over eight weeks. Must continue to certify but nothing has been processed still pending. We must all hold on the faith that we will never get more than we can bare.

It took me constant phone calls daily for about 3 to 4 weeks. They were trying to verify my identity and weed out any potential fraud. Apparently, this is happening to alot of people. I finally got my pay and back pay as well

There was no monies available for three weeks after after the December's cut off. The rules had to be reinstated. You have to keep certifying and it'll all come at once. I had trouble with certifying on my ss# day, so I certify on Thursdays when I get a call back. Someone tried to hack, so the call is the safest for me. Stay persistant. You have to certify no matter what and as soon as the President clears all, prepare yourself for taxes. It'll come, but you have to be patient.

Hey, I know it’s been hard for some of you; make sure that the next time you get someone on the phone, ask them to check for any eligibility issues, to search deep. It might just be that your employer has not done their part,; your payment method it’s not updated; maybe that your Claim needs to reopen, or just that you need to provide proper identification...maybe an upload wasn’t clear and you might need to upload it again. Trust me, they want to resolve your issues; it’s their job to help you get the benefits you need. I pray that it will be resolved soon. 🙏🏻
