They need to be testing everyone especially people who are A Systematic who carry this virus but don't show any symptoms.

I think the statement may be a bit misleading. It takes months to conduct test on a big sample size. I think you meant that the FDA approved Abbott to conduct the testing as opposed to have approved a new drug vs COVID19.
