I was disheartened to read about pregnancy discrimination in this NYT article. Not only is ‘pregnancy discrimination’ morally repugnant, it is also quite financially stupid. Unequivocally, @jobcase, Inc. owes much of our great success to the awesome working-Moms who move us forward every day. If u want your company to succeed- make it an attractive place to work for moms - and of course especially for new Moms when they are navigating the joys and challenges around pregnancy. My god that is awful. I personally have not ever had to face this, but of course back then we stayed home with the children and didn't work. We should absolutely be more supportive of new parents including dads too!
