I know oddities

First washing my hands. Then I make a quick sandwich "anything you would like in a sandwich 🥪."After I eat and wash my hands I get a shower. And get into some comforterable close and get some rest.

Lay down, and talking to my best friend in prayers so he can intervene for me before God, a good bath, listening to music 🎶 singing, relax my mental health, and of course eating a healthy meal 🥘
