My experience working at #Miller-MotteCollege

It was a horrible experience. The executive director Erin Easton is a sociopath. She rules by fear. She micromanage and undermines her own leadership staff. She has fired 5 people in my position in 4 years and I was in the position for 1 year and 8 months. #unemployment #ageism

Joy, I'd like to offer some constructive advice. Like you, i have had job experiences that were dreadful - jobs that drove me to tears and panic, that had me so stressed i couldn't sleep and was questioning my own capabilities.. you are most definitely not alone. That said, I would never publicly post about a former employer or about an executive or manager working for a former employer. These days everything we do online can be seen by potential employers, and the things that we post will influence their hiring decision. Employers are concerned about a myriad of things, rightly or wrongly. They care about their business and risks that could affect it; they care about revenues, shareholders, clients, partners, etc. - and every time an employee posts something negative online this can adversely affect the value of their business. i understand your need to vent.. perhaps you can find a way to hilight your experience and 'decision to leave' by putting a positive spin on it.. Potential employers love to see that and it should increase the chances of your being hired
