Hey Nicholas Leonard , my previous employer ran these company wide surveys routinely, at least three times a year. Individual department also ran their version of the same survey throughout the year.

It seemed like overkill at first but employees began to appreciate these survey more when they started seeing improvements based on their survey suggestions.

Maintaining a good company culture and workplace environment became a pillar initiative for the organization. All in all, the surveys where perceived as a Positive experience by employees.
