I am posting this pic because I just read someone’s reply to a jobcaser’s post with negative vibe. We are here to lift each other and to learn from one another. When people share their journey, it helps to know that we are not alone. So, when someone shares good news about finding a job, we should find humility, class and love to celebrate that huge accomplishment. We don’t know how long people have been seeking employment. We don’t know what personal difficulties they are going through: are their credit cards maxed out? Do they have someone ill in their home? Are they about to lose their homes, their cars? Do their children need to put college on hold to find a job so they can help? Are they having suicidal thoughts because they are so discouraged?
So if you are not humble, not caring, not loving and not empathetic enough to encourage others, it is best that you restrain from negative comments if there is not a lesson to learn from your post or reply.

How can I do it?
lady I don't know where you worked in the past but if you've ever had to truly carry someone's workload and do your own and not have to worry about it then you're f****** doing a lot better than some of us good for you praise the Lord
I agree. People are always looking at your pass and we are never given another chance.
This is the right way to deal interacting positively. I believe the new generation of companies have developed into a computer program like environment. It allows no room for the human factor and the younger generation have the means to adjust better then the current if not older. So...what does this really mean? Do we retire at an early age , adjust and re-educate ourselves even though we have no time? thinking positive isn't enough today. I feel that employers and their companies need to allow for the human factor in any of the doings simply because it is US HUMANS they are doing it for.
What a WONDERFUL post Guerline A.. Everything you said could easily apply to any person reading the posts on here. Being jobless can cause people to have mental health issues or cause ppl who do have mental health to feel helpless. You made a great point about living on credit cards & when the bill comes trying to figure out how to pay it as well as keep your credit score great! One additional thing you said was suicidal thoughts, some people handle personal stress better than others. Some of us have a great support system& some of us don't. No, I'm not suicidal, but we never know who may be. God bless
Guerine A, I couldn't help but be moved to tears because of your post about the varying circumstances some are facing because of a lack of work. Being humble and being human can go a long way to not being quick to judge others or be critical of them. It is something even I can put into practice. You probably already know that Sonia Ramos also appreciates your words of truth. I hope everyone has a blessed day today.
