It was the end of my shift. I have four kids at home ranging from new born to 12. I asked my job for the following Monday off cause my baby going to the doctor office and I wanted to meet my baby doctor so would know I'm the proud father. You suppose to let the job know a week in advance and that's what I did. They told me no cause they don't have anyone who wants to cover my shift. So I asked even though I know they suppose to get a supervisor to cover the shift. The regional manager tolde personally if I don't show up at work I'm fired. I always cover everybody shift when they needed a day off. And that's how I got treated. Then they didn't give me my pay for the first of the year.
