Just make sure you can answer customer service related questions. CVS is pretty much a entry level service position, so if you are good with helping customers, you should be fine.

Intern Pharmacist at Cvs Health

I interviewed back in 2012, for a technician position before I went on to pharmacy school. The questions were very much customer service involved as well as how you manage working with people that you do get along with and those that you do not get along. I didn't have to do an online test before being given an interview, but that is a thing now. Depending on what position you are interviewing for the questions really weren't that difficult. Just show confidence, speak clearly and with positive energy. Know what your strengths and opportunities for improvement are.

Try not to waste the interviewers time with strengths and opportunities, and end of interview questions that are not well thought out. Points are lost when you don't dig deep and really expose your vulnerability to the interviewer.

With online interviewing (phone calls to), it is so important to let your positive nature and desire to be employed by CVS shine through without any second thoughts.

Be you, be honest, and know what you want out of your potential employment.

Best of luck.

Hi @Rohan Kelly ; before heading to your interview at CVS, ask a friend or family member to have a mock interview with you! This will help you practice a confident speaking voice and approachable body language. While you may find this comes naturally to you, spend time performing them with friends, family, a pet, or in front of a mirror. This is a great time to review how to navigate tough interview questions.
