He was threatening to PUNCH me!!
I work in a call center as a service rep for a collections agency. This morning I had to call a delinquent account and tell them they owed quite a bit of money and things needed to be settled up ASAP. Not my favorite part of the job but it is what it is.
Long story short, the customer started LOSING their mind swearing, saying derogatory things and threatening to find me and punch me! They were saying I had the wrong person and that they’ve never missed a bill ever. I wanted to hang up because I was starting to get really angry with them but I knew my supervisor would have written me up.
UGH! Lol, Such a frustrating day. Atleast it's almost friday, how’s everyone else's day going?

Been there,heard the same exact thing. I just smile because by the time they get a plane ticket to punch me their vehicle will either be repossess or their credit card declined. LOL. Don't take it personally,you are just doing your job. Have a great day!!
