An insider told me that new in-store employees only get 15 to 25 hours working at the Dollar Tree - only the managers work full-time. Has anyone else heard this?

I worked for dollar tree for most of 2019 and thats absolutely true. THe only employees that ever get sxheduled for an actual full time 40 hours or more week are Store managers Nd if its a larger store and a busy store also the assistant managers. However any hourly non manager role employees only get offered and get hired for only part time positions. And the max amount of hours you will actually be physically scheduled for is 15 to 17 and on rare occasion 20. However if you want you will most definitely get the chance to work extra hours in the dept your assigned to as well as other areas like running register amd floating to other locations to help do resets and other simar hours to work. They do this to mainly keep cost down and so they don't have to pride benefits. At least that's what my area manager told me when I wS training for store manager after working almost 40 hours a wk as a stocker part time and as a dasher part time and assistant manager part time.
