@Paulo Villani I’m sorry to hear about your medical condition. I recommend joining the group “Abled Workers Unite”. That particular group helps job seekers with disabilities. They provide valuable information and announce virtual hiring events from time to time.

Yes.

Yes

Paulo. ..nothing gets your resume thrown into the trash heap faster than being unable to communicate or write clearly with proper syntax, punctuation, spelling and grammar. Your posting demonstrates none of this and would be one reason your resume doesn't get you to the next level or even gives you a chance to wow them with your skills. You need to always make sure you shine with NO grammar, spelling or other mistakes in your contact with whoever is doing the hiring.
Before interviewing for a Medical Billing Specialist job, make sure you are familiar with current billing practices and software used in the healthcare industry. Highlight your experience in coding and billing, as well as your knowledge of medical terminology and the ICD. Emphasize your ability to work from home, if applicable, and mention your job search efforts on platforms like Jobcase and other job search providers. Focus on your skills and experience, and discuss any accommodations you may need due to your spinal trauma. Good luck with your interview! #careercoach
