There is a workers shortages in US, because this mean and foolish behavior on the part of government, which is directed at minorities, and the poor, it helps no one. Work is the answer.
Background checks should be for victims crimes!
i worked some fast food places that didn't care about background. but if you are trying to become a manager or something than they will do background checks.
Automotive Dealerships are known for hiring felons depending on charges . Anything $$ related charges may require explainaton
Find a factory like heat treating, metal forming, any hot filthy place. In heat treat I worked with everything from dope dealers to killers, with a child molester to top it off.... The turnover is high, the conditions suck, but if you want to turn it around, they'll give you a chance.
