Staten Island, NY - Six Flags Great Adventure announced on Wednesday that it has launched the hiring season for its Hallowfest event to fill positions from Sept. 18 through Nov. 1.
Positions will be available at the Jackson, N.J., theme park, which is hosting this new family Halloween event this year -- temporarily replacing of the park’s annual spooky tradition, Fright Fest, read more.
The park will hire scare actors and entertainers, as well as other positions in diverse departments including:
- Ride operations
- In-park services like retail, food service and games
- Guest experience like admissions and guest relations
- Entertainment events such as performers, scare actors, and technical support
- Park services, such as a Clean Team.
- Security and loss prevention
- Shuttle driver, which includes a free CDL certification
- Landscaping and groundskeeping
- Human resources
Interested candidates can begin by applying online at www.sixflags.com/jobs and can schedule a video interview with a member of the Human Resources team. Additionally, auditions for performers and scare actors are conducted virtually through video.
