Kelly Services is hiring multiple REMOTE Customer Service Representatives for our client located in Irvine, CA. This opening will be contract with opportunity to Temp-to-hire with a Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm work schedule.

Pay Rate: $15 hour (once you are hired on full time the pay rate goes to $16.50 hour)

Job Details:

• Responsible for answering phone calls from customers in relation to an automotive recall, warranty questions, and a class action lawsuit
• You will be trained on how to answer all the different types of calls you will get
• You must be able to operate a computer workstation, answer a multi-line phone system
• Answer calls providing outstanding customer service in a professional manner
• You must be proficient with Microsoft Office, basic computer knowledge, ability to type 30+ WPM, multi-tasking.
• Note taking while on the phone, handle multiple clients, etc.
• You must have customer service experience with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels inside and outside of the organization.
• A High School Diploma will be required

Interview Process:

• An online test will be sent to you by the client to test your computer skills.
