How should I go about this ?

I got into a altercation with my supervisor/illegal immigrant at work. I was terminated and taken to jail because of it. The immigrant I got into a altercation with had one of his legal friends file a warrant on me. Happened at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta Georgia. One of the biggest projects we have done. This is my first ever incident and this is his 3rd or 4th he was not fired.This is only 1 of my problems I have more information and more problems than this #advice #termination #managemen #management

how did even an illegal migrant got to be a supervisor? you should report that to immigration office and get your job back.

I would consult a lawyer that specializes in labor law. The immigrant should have been deported. Things are very wrong when we take better care of criminals than our own citizen's.

Wow! I can not believe what I’m reading…the immigrant should have been deported? First of all you can’t file a warrant. Second there’s always 3 sides to a story-his, the other guy and the truth. 3rd we take better care of the refugees than our own people!4th police was involved because you went to jail right? Why didn’t you snitch on your supervisor then!???

Document everything time dates what was said from both parties!

Get in contact with your:

Human resources department

The labor board Department

EEOC

And find an attorney or lawyer that specialize in:

(discrimination in the workplace)

I can't believe some of these comments. Talking about How you worded your Complaint. I had an altercation with an illegal immigrant their kid shot my kid. And not a damn thing was done. In fact the mom slapped me when I went to ask her a question at her house, About why her Son was trying to camp out on my property when he was supposed to be in jail I had no other way of getting in touch with her. I called the police and the police told me I was the one that should not have been there and she had every right to slap me and push me. I believe In all sincerity that the cops are being told to leave the illegal immigrants alone and take the Americans to jail over something the illegals should be going to jail for.

The language of your post isn't going to get you much sympathy from most prospective employers. I certainly wouldn't hire you after hearing that.

Get a good lawyer. Both should not had been fighting on the job. That is a work place and not a fighting rink. You should had met him outside and kicked his ??? Case solved. Do not go back there.

Byant Thatr was really more of a reflection on you by making a statement like that. It sure doesnt sound to me he was being a child about his situation but your commkent is something a child would make.
