Number one for me if I'm doing somebody's hair, is after I cut their hair color it whatever it might be I turned him around after I'm done style it and they tear up and tell me how beautiful they look. I say to them you've always been beautiful you just needed a touch out or a different way of looking at yourself cuz we're all beautiful and all different ways shaped forms colors and sizes. Now if I'm at my second job I'll do what I can to make sure that that customer is taken care of not upset especially with their lottery or if there isn't something in the store they need I will do what I can to help anyone that's why I was bought up. I believe in paying it forward. A friend of mine was going to go to rehab she needed it so I trimmed her hair give her a couple highlights so when she gained call pounds she will feel a little better. Although she didn't go in she got on Suboxone she does look better but that's the stuff I do. I used to live in Gillespie Street and they call me mother Gillespie when a water ice guy came around the other kids didn't have money I had that 20 gallon bucket of water he's from PJP and no kid won't without for birthdays anything give them cake the teenagers outside playing ball at night drinks leftover food anything they need it or want it

Corinthians chap 1 vrs 9 to 10 for we are labourers together with God ye are God's husbandry ye are God's building. According to Grace of God which is given unto me as a wise master builder , I have laid the foundation and another buildeth there on. But let every man take heed how he buildeth there upon . Vrs 11 for other foundation can no man lay then that is laid ..for every man's work shall be manefest .

We are to be labourers unto our family and to support our family's to set a rightchous example to take Conference and joy in what we do they Grace and all our work shall add up and manefest ..

Like Nihar Suthar and Heather H have said, there is always someone in a worse situation than you. I try to keep that in mind when things get tough.

I try to visualize things being better later on. In every dark time I've had, eventually light will break through - it's just a matter of time.

Daughters. Daughters and the Jobcase Community.
When things are tough I remember how I want to support my daughters, and I remember how much I, and this company, want to help Jobcasers. I'll let you know something though, when the entrepreneurial trail gets tough, when there are more problems in a day than successes - I tune into this community. Reading about and witnessing in real time about people helping people on this platform is all the motivation we need to cowboy up and go slay the dragons (how's that for mixed metaphors!). I always remember that even though things may be bad, there is always someone that has it worse. Also my daughter is looking down on me, and I want to make her proud. My 2 God daughters and God son count on me to keep going.

Love this question Jason! One thing that keeps me going through the tough times is by remembering no matter how bad my problems get, I'm still extremely fortunate. More than half of the people in the world live on less than $2.50 per day...and yet, these people are happy with whatever they have. Remembering them and the incredibly supportive community of Jobcasers I have here keeps me going, no matter how big the fight. I would love to hear answers from Lauren Herman , Fred Goff , Otessa Compton , and Raquel Robles too!
