Are employees getting treated unfairly?
What can I do as an employee for a company where I am constantly getting bullied and now since a vaccinated employee gave me covid and I am not due to medical reason's was punished and another unvaccinated employee was punished because he was around us and never got covid, but because he had it in the past was probably keep safe due to having antibodies, but he had to stay out of work a whole 10 days and because he's a contract worker he didn't get paid. They made me have to go through short-term disability insurance and I still did not get 100%. I am not against anyone doing anything they want to get the vaccine don't get the vaccine but these companies are getting out of hand with treating people poorly and the person that gave it to me only missed one day and went right back to work after testing positive so another vaccinated employee that sits close to him got it and had to stay out a whole 10 days. It's just a mess. And we are talking about a billion-dollar company. I have documentation of dates of issues of how they have treated me. But I am in a right-to-work state they can fire you for anything, I think! #coronavirus #stressful #advice

The problem with corporations is that they're led by those at the top and they're so busy blazing trails, they fail to see those who are struggling behind them. For the most part, I find much of middle management are educated idiots; straight from college often, but definitely lack both the courage, intrapersonal, and interpersonal skills to relate to and communicate with both those they're charged with as well as other management personel Without proper communication, High employee turnover rates and disgruntled employees will continue to be the norm. People are not metrics and they shouldn't be treated as such. Will efficiency is important oh, there is such a thing as being overly efficient. The impact on the bottom line can be tremendous

Had a conversation with a man today. We were talking about fast food asking for tips at driveup window. He said I could see back when this all started, they were putting their lives in danger to serve him at the window. My response was one question. What is different today than back when? Point is nothing accept that we've ditched this insane masking farce, most are going about their business. Only way out of this is through it. The whole thing is about votes and power.

No, the omicron is not that is what I supposedly had and anyway, there is really no way of testing which strains is which it's all baloney unless they already had this in the making and I feel as if they did. You are spreading misinformation. The vaccine is poison. I work with Scientists and most of them are against it and. It does not stop the spread as I said it was a selfish co-worker who knew they were sick and because they were vaccinated said they did not have to wear the mask. Yes, a mask works when the person who is sick keeps most of the droplets contained but you have to switch them out ever so often in order to keep yourself from staying sick. I work in healthcare so you can't tell me anything about how to keep from getting sick. And technically if we really wanted to stop the spread they would provide an R95 mask the ones you wear for those who have TB tuberculosis so stop and do some research!

Well, I would say that vaccinated plus booster people that wear a mask are better off. this Omicron is beyond bad the strongest and there will be far more deaths and break through cases. I wish people had taken their shots. Whether its religious, your own beliefs. Or you are skeptical that it would harm you. We are human and we all have different personalities as well as beliefs. I pray that we all stay well and stay safe. Good luck

I would get the required vaccines or get another job.
I would check with your state NY just passed the law with safe work practices. If a employer has more then 100 employees it’s mandatory or have to have some testing in place. It depends on the state
