From a manager, I would give raises (If I could from the owner) every 4-6 months, depending on their performance.

In my experience, I've always received yearly raises. When working for a large Corp., it has been automatic at my yearly review. I have worked for a smaller LLC before that I had to fight for my raises.

Eleana: It has also happened to me. At the end of every year raises should be given. But they changed that process in secret! We all need it as the cost of living increases. Company executives give themselves raises and bonuses every year!
