Be sympathetic and relatable. Always try to place yourself in their shoes.

I think you earn a person's trust by being honest , if you say your going to do something then do it. Also, by being a person that can be counted on..reliable, being understanding.

Building integrity being reliable doing what you say consistently. Promise what you can and recognize what you can not do and say so. Be real while keeping safe boundaries in all relationships. Keep it professional.

LISTEN.....ITS IMPORTANT. You have to zone in on what the costumers calling for and make sure whatever it is there happy when you hang up.friendly be a nice person be attentive. Excellent work ethics and know your. Company!!!!
