Of course, they may want to know how I handle pressure.

Yes I would to hopefully get some feedback that will better me if ever another or soni can possibly watch and just practice doing better on the things that felt uncomfortable

A video recording can assist person hiring to go back and review interview at their convenience. Never be afraid of a video recorded interview.

Yes because it might come down to who interviewed better might need to go back ans visit the interviews I would have no problem with recorded interviews
