I worked for Shasta County Social Services for over 20 years. It is hard to pick a particular day. I am very client oriented and want to don’t best to see their needs are met, but I do understand regulations and limitations. I found it most frustrating when client needs and regulations conflicted. High caseloads were also frustrating, because I wasn’t able give the necessary time to each case to find the best outcome.
