Does it take weeks or days until you get an email saying you're hired or can't be accepted???
I have applied for a few jobs none of them are saying I've gotten hired. None of them message or email me saying that I didn't get a job or that I'm hired. I would LOVE to get hired but the thing is is that ik not getting any notifications saying I'm hired!! #jobsearch #followup #application

Lydia,
The email notifications would come from actual companies for jobs you apply to. Hopefully you aren't confusing any incoming message notification from Jobcase as actual jobs since it's not the case.
Companies may or many not send notification either, as this is courtesy and not a requirement. Companies also can take weeks to respond back to applicants when they have a large pool of candidates to sort through, which again, is not guaranteed.
You should be keeping track of the companies you apply to know which companies may or may not send you any communication on if you're to interview, or if you are not considered for a position.
Best.

you should apply to 5 a day 5 days a week, reach out beyond your scope. Some take a week to 10 days. Some don't reply, some do. Just keep hammering.

how do you win a game where where are no rules?

I have been applying to several positions on line, and I’m experiencing the same thing.
Someone told me that they believe it is because some of these companies are getting grants due to the Covid situation, and to continue receiving the funds, they have to post the jobs. It is similar to people who are unemployment, and say they are applying for jobs which are listed, but they really are not doing that.
Anyway, that idea makes good sense. No wonder I have applied for so many jobs, and I’m receiving zero responses.

I guess on that part it comes to being persistent and checking in eve

I guess on that

Day sometimes or weeks

it took 23 days from the time I was interviewed before I received a phone call stating that I was hired.
