Make sure you get the training you need cause sadly I had a 3 week class with IDK how many trainers and it wasn't done as well as it should have been. What a disappointment. Especially when i then only got 1 day of actual nesting before we were out on the phones on our own. I've never had such a poor training experience as I did here. I had hoped it would work but I like many of my classmates felt very unprepared for being on our own. #officelife

Hi Jennifer - does the job have other successful employees you can learn from? I've certainly had those experiences where training is poor, but if you can learn from the best (or at least learn from the mistakes your peers make), you can be successful.
Regardless, hope the job works out for you in the long run, or at the very least it gives you experiences you can learn from and take to other opportunities!
