Get to the hiring authority. You can be just as dishonest as the "marketoid pukes" on Madison Avenue that teach companies to filter you out. To see what you can do/get away with look at a typical job posting on USAA Job, which is federal employment. If EEOC won't let the US Government do it, they will not allow a firm with <15 employees to do it either. Stop fucking around get mean!!!
But if you don't answer the questions they won't even look at your information.
The application I filled out asked for my age down to the exact date. Kelly Services. That was the longest job application on record. Wanted to know if I received UE in 2020. Whether I reached out this year and applied for any assistance.......It was the most invasive application I've ever filled out. What does that have to do with getting a job?
