Hmm, if their policy is set to hire above age 16 you might do better looking for a different job in your area. Have you checked out other fast food or retail establishments in your area? I might go to Hobby Lobby to confirm with a manager there if their policy truly only hires above 16. If it does, you can look elsewhere. If not, great! Plus you just met your manager-to-be :)
