How important is networking when it comes to finding a new job?
Have you ever landed a job through a friend, a former coworker, or through someone referring you? How did it play out?

Networking I would not say is good or bad when finding a job. Consider the individuals introducing you to a new job and their life style, that will help you understand the kind of job you are getting into.

It worked out great still at both jobs that someone referred me to it's going on 31/2 years now #money maker!!!

Yes got the job but it wasn’t like they say supposedly do 80 hrs for $20.50 but am only doing 5 to 6 hr and it not paying my bill

Thats the way you find out the good jobs.....

Very important

Networking is crucial for finding a new job as it can often lead to opportunities that aren't advertised publicly. Building professional connections can significantly enhance your job search success.

Very important

Naw never, always went straight to the company website.

The best jobs I ever had was from someone referring me.
@Bill Branstetter I’ve gotten five of my friends jobs at a warehouse I used to work at. They all ended up quitting for a variety of reasons. No one new they were my friends, I just told them to apply and they got in.
