Curious...Would you rather apply to a job online OR apply in person at a job fair? Does anyone even go to job fairs anymore?!!
ARE YOU KIDDING. IN PERSON IS ALWAYS BEST.YOU GET A FEEL FOR THE PEOPLE YOU WILL BE WORKING FOR.ONLINE ,you are just another resume out there.waste of valuable time filling out All of the online baloney they now have you do.Waste of time.Also they don't get to see who you are online.
I want to work from home so I keep applying online.
I'd rather go in person so I know someone is actually looking at my resume.
In person that way you can show you want to work and if able start right then
I personally prefer one to one interview, there are not distraction and the interview can focus more in the candidate interviewing. Applying online can be tedious can because the algorithm, you might not be selected no matter if you qualified! I imagine that it is overwhelming to try to go over hundreds of resumes.. for a candidate might feel like a Lottery ticket when the online application has been selected. The setting of the job fair, sometimes can be distracting and put pressure on the candidates.
