How would you answer this interview questions: "Describe a time you had to juggle multiple responsibilities"?

I always had to multitask. I always handled calls like I was speaking with the most important person on the phone.

Just dive right now and double check behind you to make sure you got everything done like it pose to be done.

When I worked for ADT Security, we had a person out on medical, but she did not want anyone to handle her position while she was out but me, so I had her job to do which was scheduling 30 tech for Residential and Small Business installations, so I had my job of Warehouse, ordering and depleting inventory from Tech jobs, so It all how you manage your day, the first think was that I had to get the tech out the door then find the paperwork for the next day's jobs and make sure all the part were either on the tech truck or in the warehouse received. Enter all my orders that needed ordered, then call all the customer and verify their installation for the next day or reschedule. On top of that I also entered Payroll for all the employees. So you have to work quickly and accurately and manage your time effectively.

There was a time when my daughter had cheerleader practice at 2:30 and my boys had football practice 3:00 and I had to be the work at 4:00 so I had to get someone to pickup my daughter and my boys because I couldn’t leave work ,work was the most importantly in our life so losing my job was a no no I had to make arrangements for them to be taken care of while I worked.

Initially, I was a one-man operation for Casino Rouge Human Resources Department. Startups are exciting and challenging at the same time. Meeting deadlines require working over-time and days-off. Attending Gaming Control Board meetings, entering data in the HRIS, accepting applications, meeting with employees, assisting Louisiana State Police Gaming Division, Revenue and Taxation and IRS concerning outstanding employee taxes, and all other duties as needed.

I have been in the content development as at least as an author and a screenwriter. So, literally for years, I handled advertising and sales for magazines, newspapers and radio stations, developed Youtube channels, created website products and worked on songs. Recently, I worked full-time doing extensive time-oriented work in a butcher shop. This job had multiple deadlines and demanded speed and concentratio between cleaning machines, putting out inventory, facing the product line in store cases. Outside of that time table, I also continued on working on an advertising project and even a screenplay on my own time eventually to prsent to that fompany.

The pasted 24 years of employment.

While working at Rhode Island Hospital I was responsible for all imaging operations, a $90 million dollar budget, and worked with my twelve managers who together with their employees performed an average of 1,000 patient care procedures each day. In addition, I was asked several time to chair and cochair hospital wide initiatives to develop and implement manager training and patient quality service initiatives.
There was a period when I was balancing full-time work with significant family responsibilities while managing a heavy workload with strict deadlines. I stayed organized by prioritizing tasks, planning ahead, and communicating early when conflicts arose. By doing this, I met all expectations at work and remained consistent and reliable at home. That experience strengthened my time-management skills and my ability to stay focused under pressure
