I drive for Lyft and I can't make money if I stay home, but I also can't refuse someone a ride who is sick!!
This fare got in and she looked and sounded real bad. Was I thinking it was Corona? No. I mean she could have it, but it would still suck if she had the flu and gave it to ME. I can't stay home. I CAN'T get sick! I need to pay child support to my ex or I am majorly screwed.
What the hell do I do next time? Kick them out?

Try to find a delivery service so that you can work alone or Amazon is always looking for drivers .
This is not the time to second guess our inner tuition. Do not let them in its a case of I apologize but at this time in crisis you will have to seek other transportation, it's just not worth YOUR risk.

Some suggestions; because of covid-19 your child support payments should go in to escrow retroactive. As for sick passengers place plastic on your seats. As you should also supply your passengers with PPE gloves and masks for your safety and the safety of other passengers that board your vehicle. I hope this advice helps.
Call them a ambulance if they sound that sick or put up a barrier of plexiglass between you and the passengers and carry a can of Lysol with you to spray in the vehicle before ond after each fair - you won't be able to pay anything if you're sick or dead unless you have life insurance
