Security Officer at Allied Universal Security Services

First go through any security Officer training class and gain your security license. Once you get the class and license, they will know that you are serious. And apply to as many security companies as possible.

Talk about anything related that you’ve done. Explain how you are calm and rational during a crisis. Talk about how you are very observant. Tell the interviewer that even though your role would be security oriented, you’re still focused on providing outstanding customer service.

Dress professional, let them know exactly how much experience you have and that your willing to learn more along the way, let them know that you are dependable and you are ready to work even if its on the weekends or your days off. Makesure you have transportation. Be ready to work that overtime! Security always have work available and lots of overtime. Go in knowing they are going to depend on you. Because most security companies always need someone to cover a shift for whatever reason.

Are you looking for Armed Security or just security? each has it's own license. Better licenses get better wages.
