All of the above, but mostly the ghosting, especially after I’ve revamped my resume after they suggested I do so.. then crickets..

everything. they waste time setting up interviews just for them not to even show up or be there and then they try to make up some excuse.

Heh! Tell me about it... I'd say the worst is the ghosting, for sure! Being offered bad fits is a close second! (It can be pretty funny though... you want me to do what?) Luckily, in my experience, most recruiters are pretty honest about things like pay and benefits.
