Secret of the day... you don't have to pay a lot anymore for great training and education!
So all the high-schoolers in my hometown are buzzing with stress and anticipation about traditional 4 year college acceptance season.
I think we'll look back a few years from now with nostalgia and confusion about this.
There are GREAT resources right now, FREE, easy to use, and with some of the best tools and teachers in the country for you. A few of my favorite are: www.codeacademy.com www.khanadademy.org www.edx.org www.coursera.org
There are many other great options too, but if you want to start getting a sense of just how great online education can be - start noodling around these sites. And post back here what you think - I'd love to hear your thoughts!
