You are being bullied, get to HR asap. Start keeping a journal and write down all the encounters you have had with them and what was said . once an incident happens you often get so upset you don’t remember the details. Do your due diligence to protect yourself.

I had an older woman I had to work with one time. Her son was the owner of the store. She was rude and obnoxious and I was in tears once. I went in the next day and asked her “Is there something I’ve done to offend you?” She was completely taken by surprise and asked me why. I told how she treated me and I didn’t know if I had done something. She apologized and from that day on she was nice. Try it.

Stop being a baby. Oh, they were mean to me! Who cares? Show up, do your work, if disrespected then tell that person to their face you feel unfairly treated and it needs to stop. I've been through send me a situations I think you should go to the nearest spy store or go to a spy store online buy a recording device that looks like a button or something you can put in a shirt pocket or they have apps that are recording devices too kill him with kindness because nice as you can to them at all times and let him do the rest a month later bring the recording to the right people or a week later a day later however long it takes him to completely hang himself but people like that have got their probably in shady ways so I would get as much dirt on him as you can before you make a move so you don't see your hand. Be safe God says fear no evil God has sent berserkers to handle problems maybe he needs you to do a simple task for him and handle this problem you get the guy in recording he won't be able to do it to anybody else don't rush though get as much recording as you can be thorough I believe in you

Does he have a secretary? Set up a meeting and let him know how you feel. Let him know you would like for him to speak to you with respect. If he does not change, please speak to HR and tell them you would like to make a complaint. HR would be responsible for investigating your claim and speaking to him. Make sure the complaint is in writing and keep a copy for yourself. Don’t let him treat you less than what you deserve in the work place.
