Isaiah, check out the site Glassdoor.com to get the reviews on the company. Have someone give you a mock interview tonight, the clothes, shoes, fresh cut. Make sure you get that first handshake walking in the door. That is why a mock interview is good. Take some gum, just don't chew during the interview and ask questions yourself about the position and breath.

Congrats on landing the interview Isaiah! Now that you know they’re interested it’s time to close the deal. Here’s 3 quick tips:

Know Who You’re Talking Too -----> go to the company website and check out the “about us” and “career Page” to familiarize yourself with the history, brand, and career paths, and benefits. Try to pick out 1 or 2 good questions to ask the interviewer.

Prepare to Tell a Story -----> The typical interview questions are behavioral and sound something like “Tell me about a time when you resolved a angry customer issue?”. Be specific but brief and tell it in a storytelling manner that makes it easy for the interviewer to envision and relate. Don’t be afraid to input some of your personal values, (Ex: “Fairness is a big part of my DNA”).

Body Language -----> Remember, Body language plays a BIG role in communication so show enthusiasm, confidence, and don’t forget to SMILE!!

Oh, one more thing… Put your phone on vibrate and keep it out of site during the interview!

Let us know when you start.

Congratulations! Dress professionally, no matter the position you are applying for. Make good eye contact abs have a good firm handshake. It will help show confidence. Try to stay relaxed and don't stumble over your words. Good luck!
