Does anyone know what the interview process at Starbucks is like?

I know what its like because I worked there so they are just gonna ask you if you have worked anywhere else or have u ever been a barista before but its really easy
They ask you what your strengths are and a bunch of situational questions. “If a customer isn’t satisfied with their drink what would you do to fix that?” Kind of like that. I worked there for 2 years. The job is fun but customers are terrible. Good luck!
The interview process is a very honest relaxing experience. The manager’s are real people looking for a chance to help you. They want to know about the real you, and will be there for you if your hired. The team is the same. Trust yourself.
Candidates meet with the interviewer in-store and answer questions about their work history, job-related skills, and personality traits that could benefit the company. Typically, these casual yet professional conversations take between 15 minutes and an hour.
I had a great interview at Starbucks, we sat and talked about coffee and even got to try some. We talked about my past experiences and what I learned from working with different teams. Then once I was offered the job I went straight into training. It definitely was one of the most calming, relaxing interviews I've ever had.
